On September 28, an orientation was held for international students joining the Yonezawa Campus from the second semester.
For the orientation, students were split into two groups where one was held in Japanese and the other in English. In their respective groups, students were introduced to the various procedures and points they had to be aware of on campus, as well as to the facilities on this campus in Yonezawa.
In addition, members of YUICY (Yamagata University International Circle in Yonezawa) took the new students on a campus tour and introduced the circle’s activities to them.
The view of the new students listening carefully and asking many questions left a great impression and no doubt that they will make the most of their time here.
