On Friday, July 9th, students from Yamagata University, Yonezawa Campus and Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus gave their first of three presentations at the “Thailand Online Exchange Program.” This is a new, alternative and remote program of the “YU Faculty of Engineering International Summer Program” that was created due to the Coronavirus.
Following greetings of the Deans of both universities, students introduced their respective universities, local culture, and student life under
COVID-19 in English.
Everyone actively asked questions and we had a great time learning from each other. Over the course of this year, we’ll hold two more exchanges with Kasetsart University. These presentations will be on carbon neutrality and reducing our carbon footprint.
