The Second-semester orientation for new international students to the Faculty of Engineering was held on September 30th in the International Exchange Center Lounge. Students learned about different procedures, safety precautions, events, facilities, and campus life. In addition, representatives from EPPY (Employment Promotion Program Yamagata) and YUICY (Yamagata University International Circle Yonezawa) gave short presentations about their respective organisations.
At first the students seemed quiet and nervous, but after the campus tour and meeting a few students, everyone seemed to have a great time. Good luck and please enjoy studying at YU Yonezawa!
